Frontier was founded in 1980 and has managed U.S. equity portfolios utilizing fundamental research and bottom-up stock selection since inception. We have developed an expertise in U.S. small and mid cap equity investing which comprises nearly 100% of our total assets under management.

In 2000, we partnered with Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (“AMG”), a global asset management company with equity interest in leading boutique investment firms.  Through this partnership, we retain our operational and investment autonomy and direct equity ownership across successive generations while leveraging the access to the scale and resources of a large organization.
